1) Data controller (individual developer)

The data controller for Letter Roller is SHAO ZHEN YANG, an individual developer. Development, operation, and related activities for this game are carried out personally; there is no separate company entity for purposes of this policy.

2) Upload prerequisite (opt-in)

Gameplay data upload is disabled by default.

Data is uploaded only when the player explicitly enables Global Ranking and agrees to this policy prompt.

3) Data fields we collect (when Global Ranking is enabled)

• User identifier (user ID / hashed ID)
• Display name (nickname, if set)
• Language and mode (e.g., en/es/it/pt, competition)
• Round result data (score, XP/rank-related values, result status)
• Region code (if provided)
• Event timestamps used for ranking, integrity checks, and debugging

We do not upload local single-player save details unless needed for ranking-related requests.

4) Retention period

Ranking and related upload records are retained for up to 180 days, then deleted or anonymized in routine cleanup.

5) Deletion requests

To request deletion of ranking-related data, contact us at letterroller.game@gmail.com.

• We acknowledge requests within 7 days.
• We complete deletion within 30 days (unless a shorter legal deadline applies).

6) Pro trial code claim

From 24 October 2026 through 24 December 2026, letterroller.com/pro-trial.html can issue one Google Play promo code for Letter Roller Pro.

If you submit the form, we store the email address, the code assigned to that address, and the time of the claim. We store this so the same address cannot receive a second code, and so you can enter the same address again to see your code. We show the code on the page. We do not email it. We do not use the address for a mailing list, and we do not sell it.

We do not store your IP address. A short rate limit is kept in memory only and is discarded when the service restarts.

The form asks you to confirm that you are 13 or older and that you agree to this storage. We do not verify age. If a child's address was submitted, email letterroller.game@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We delete these records by 24 January 2027. You may ask sooner at the same address. We acknowledge a deletion request within 7 days and delete the claim record within 30 days.

2）上传前提

可能包括：用户标识（ID/哈希 ID）、展示昵称（若填写）、语言与模式、本局成绩/与军衔或排名相关的统计、区域代码（若提供）、时间戳等，用于榜单展示与基本防作弊校验。

4）保留期限

与排名相关的记录最长保留 180 天，之后将删除或匿名化处理。

5）删除请求与时限

请发邮件至 letterroller.game@gmail.com 申请删除与排名相关的数据。我们将在 7 日内确认收到，并在 30 日内完成删除（如法律另有更短期限则从法律）。

6）Pro 试用码领取

2026 年 10 月 24 日至 2026 年 12 月 24 日，letterroller.com/pro-trial.html 可为 Letter Roller Pro 发放一个 Google Play 推广码。

提交表单后，我们保存邮箱、分配给该邮箱的码，以及领取时间。同一邮箱不能再领第二个码；再次输入同一邮箱可以看到原来的码。码只显示在页面上，我们不发送邮件，也不把邮箱用于群发或出售。

我们不保存 IP 地址。频率限制只放在内存中，服务重启后即丢弃。

表单要求确认已年满 13 岁，并同意上述保存。我们不核验年龄。若儿童邮箱被提交，请写信至 letterroller.game@gmail.com，我们会删除。

这些记录至迟于 2027 年 1 月 24 日 删除。也可提前按同一邮箱申请。我们在 7 日内确认，并在 30 日内删除该领取记录。
